“Open House Practice” – What is an “Open House Practice” – We want these events to be a fun kick-off event for the Fall Shen-Rock NICA season. We are making these an Open House Practice to make it welcoming for new riders AND those who haven’t committed to the season but are interested. This is a great opportunity for current team members to invite a friend or friends that might be interested in the team and show our new friends a ShenRock good time. Activities for 1st Practice include: Meet and Greet, Short ShenRock Intro, Fun Get to Know Each Other Activity, Fun Casual Group Ride, Food, Wrap-Up and Questions.

The ShenRock Mountain Bike Team is an interscholastic youth mountain bike team in the Shenandoah Valley consisting of boys and girls from local public, private, and home schools. We participate in friendly and competitive mountain bike events against other surrounding teams.
Racing each fall in the NICA Virginia High School Cycling League and each spring in the Virginia High School Mountain Bike Series. We also participate in other various events, rides, and volunteer opportunities in our community.
