On Thursday August 23 the Bridgewater Cross Country team came out in force to help the Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition work on the Tillman West Trail on Narrowback Mountain. 30 student athletes helped the SVBC move rocks, armor wet spots, and generally perform the finish work that the trail needed. We still have some work to go but this was a great way to kick off the fall trail work series and accumulate matching labor hours for our most recent $125,000 Recreational Trails Program Grant.
