This is a charity sweepstakes conducted by Shenandoah Valley Bike Coalition (“Sponsor”) on the RallyUp platform. Open to legal residents of the United States who meet the eligibility requirements listed on the campaign page. See campaign page for start date, end date, and drawing date.
Free Entry: To enter without donating, visit the campaign page and use the “Alternate Method of Entry” link at the bottom of the page to submit a free mail-in entry. Limit one free entry per person/household. Free entries receive entries equal to the average number of entries received by donors (rounded up).
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner selected by random drawing on the drawing date. Potential winners will be notified by email or phone within 30 business days of the drawing.
Taxes: Donations may not be tax-deductible in your jurisdiction. Prize may be taxable. Consult a tax professional. Neither Sponsor nor RallyUp provides tax or legal advice.
