Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition Bike Raffle with Lauf Cycles
The Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition (SVBC) is excited to announce the launch of our annual fundraising bike raffle. This year, the raffle is in collaboration with Lauf Cycles, an Icelandic bicycle company with a global assembly and distribution facility in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, Harrisonburg.
Participants will have the chance to support biking in the Valley and to win a top-of-the-line Lauf Seigla Ultimate Gravel Bike while supporting the Coalition’s mission of creating safer, more accessible places to walk and bike across the Shenandoah Valley. The raffle will close on November 9th.
By entering the bike raffle, you directly support key initiatives such as:
- Improving the trail systems in George Washington National Forest and Public Lands
- Maintaining the iconic Western Slope trails
- Advocating for new safe biking infrastructure across the region, and access to the outdoors for everyone
- Supporting trail networks Close to Home, such as the new Sunset Park
- Creating streets, connections, and greenways, like the Friendly City Trail
- Bringing the Shenandoah Rail Trail to our region
- Connecting our community with bikes for transportation, through Bikes for Neighbors

Community Ride
To celebrate this exciting bike raffle, join the Coalition and Lauf Cycles on October 17th for a 20-mile gravel ride starting at 5 PM in Harrisonburg, VA. It’s the perfect chance to ride with others and learn more about SVBC’s work.
