Did you know that the SVBC is hard at work to finish our newest trail at Massanutten’s Western Slope by the end of 2016? While the new 4,000 hour or 4K trail won’t build itself, we need your help every Thursday from 5pm until dark, we have a mini-project that we want to try and get open real quick like.
This Saturday August 27, we will hold trail work on the Massanutten Western Slope trails new entrance trail. This trail will create a proper trail head from the existing parking lot, increase awareness of the need to join the SVBC to ride at Massanutten and have a trail pass, provide a more appealing entrance into the trail system, and also start building a larger network of “green” gentle trails down low.
What: Saturday trail work on the new entrance trail right in the current Western Slope parking lot
