On Friday August 12th from 3:00pm to 7:00pm Shenandoah Bicycle Company will be hosting the Trek Factory Demo at the Western Slope of Massanutten. This event is FREE for customers interested in buying a new Trek. This is not a free bike rental day. If you are interested in trying out Trek’s 2016/2017 bikes, register TODAY! The Trek Factory Demo Truck usually has a full size run of most high-end model Mountain Bikes, WSD Bikes and an assortment of Road Bikes.
This is a popular event and there are usually a few very popular models. Bike choice is subject to availability and will be granted based on demand. We will do our best to get you on your first choice, sometimes that is difficult. Please email if you know what model and size you’d like to pre-arrange a test-ride. Demo rides should not last longer than 45 minutes; this way everyone has a chance to ride the bike of their choice. Bring your own bike if you’d like to have more time on the trails. We will have a suggested route marked for those unfamiliar with the trails.
Please Pre-Register below. All participants will be asked to complete the Western Slope Trails Liability Waiver at the event.
You will need to bring the following:
- An ID & Credit Card (we hold these as a deposit in exchange for a bike)
- Bike Helmet & other appropriate cycling gear.
- Bring your SPD compatible shoes or your own pedals & shoes.
