Help JMU win the Outdoor Nation Campus Challenge Fall 2014! Ten schools who will go head-to-head, competing to see who can get the most people in their communities outside and active: think Mother Nature meets March Madness. Competition begins Saturday, September 27, and continues through Saturday, November 22. Participating individuals at each school must self-report on their outdoor activities online for their school to receive credit. What counts? Biking, camping, climbing, frisbee, gardening, hiking, picnics, reading or relaxing outside, stewardship, urban outing, walking/running, water activities, wildlife, winter activities, and yoga. – See how you can help JMU win this award by staying active and recording your activities more at the UREC Website- http://www.jmu.edu/recreation/adventure/oncc.shtml#sthash.cbuLixxu.dpuf
