Many of you know about fellow SVBC member, Michael Neupauer (Neups), who was hit from behind by a car 2 months ago. If you don’t know you can read Neups’ last update on the SVBC website. We were very excited to see Neups at our October SVBC monthly social BUT he still needs our help. Marshall and Marcia are spearheading a two hour yard work session this Saturday (October 26) at Neups’ home to help him take care of some odds and ends that he cannot do while his leg heals. Marcia and I talked to Neups last evening and offered to help him get things cleaned up around the outside of his house for fall.
Neups is walking so he can be the supervisor and we can do his bidding for no more than 2H on Sat. 26-OCT (this Sat.) from 10-Noon at his house 501 Hartman Drive. Basically we need to cut down some of the planted ornamentals, bag them and do a quick walk around to see if anything in the garden can be removed, discarded.
