Join us for a women’s casual mountain bike ride at Massanutten Western Slope on Monday evenings. You do not need a parking pass (if you don’t have a pass just ask a ride leader for one when you arrive) but will need to sign an electronic waiver before the ride.
Time: 5:30pm on Mondays
When: April 7th-Oct 27th 2025
Location: Meet at Massanutten Western Slope Parking Lot
Pace: Super casual, no-drop ride with regrouping spots along the way.
Length: Typically 1-1.5 hours and we will often cover 4-6 miles.
Ride Surface: This is a mountain bike ride so plan for dirt singletrack trails with some rock.
Regroup Points During Ride? Yes. The Massanutten Western Slope Trails offer lots of options for regrouping and course changes depending on where and what the group wants to ride.
Post-Ride: Bring a chair, snacks, and a beverage for socializing after if you like!

Soak up nature and friend-time on the wonderful Massanutten Western Slope trails on Wednesdays during this femme-focused trail run. Specifically, this is a welcoming space for women new to the trails, BIPOC, nonbinary, and trans women.
A parking pass is not necessary for this run (if you don’t have a pass, just ask a run leader for one when you arrive).
However, please sign an electronic waiver before the run!
Time: 5:30p EXCEPT June, July and August are at 6p!
When: Ongoing unless stated on FB/IG stories at @svbcoalitionbike (check there for weather concerns) – if there is a 40% chance of storms on weather.com during 5p-7p, we will cancel.
Location: Meet at Massanutten Western Slope Parking Lot
Pace: ~12 min/miles
Length: Join for the first 3 miles, and continue on for another 3 miles with the group if you’d like!
Run Surface: We run out to the pond on double-track gravel for the first 1.5 miles; the rest is a single-track trail.
Regrouping: This is a community run, designed to regroup at every intersection and stick together. This is not a workout/training day! We all run together 🙂
Route: We will meet by the parking lot and loop back in 3-mile increments.

Roll into summer fun with the Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition and the Waynesboro Public Library Book Bike for a playful morning of stories, wheels, and outdoor adventure!
🚲 Tot Lot: A section of the parking lot will be safely blocked off for little riders to scoot, pedal, and play.
📚 Story Times: Gather for stories at 9:40 AM and 10:40 AM, specially selected for children 8 & under.
📖 Independent Reading: Browse and read from a wide selection of books—perfect for older kids, too!
