Wednesday Night Social Ride

Harrisonburg’s party-paced urban ride meets weekly at Court Square. “WNSR is a short, fun, no-drop, and, above all…SOCIAL ride!
All people, all bikes. This ride only exists because of the bike culture here in Harrisonburg that has grown through outreach, inclusion, and respect.  This ride strives to be a safe and open space for everyone. If you have any questions, issues, or input please talk to the ride lead during the ride or message this page.”

“Friday Fatty” Mountain Bike Ride, hosted by Shenandoah Bicycle Company

This local tradition ride leaves SBC every Friday at 3PM or meets at a designated trail head ready to ride at 4PM.

Rides typically are 2 1/2-4 hours in duration with a moderate to higher degree of difficulty of technical riding.

Locations/Rides TBA each week, call the shop for details or keep an eye on their event page.

Saturday Morning Ride, hosted by Shenandoah Bicycle Company

This is an intermediate-paced road ride.


Description: Group ride of about 20-30 miles with an average pace of 12-14mph. This is no-drop ride and riders should be prepared to ride on local county paved and dirt roads.


Length: 1.5-2 hours, 20-30 miles


Location: Meet on the patio at SBC at 8AM

Mole Hill Riders

Mole Hill Bikes, Group Ride on Road/Gravel

Their Monday evening rides leave the shop every Monday Evening at 6pm, weather permitting.

Plan on roughly 20 miles of paved and unpaved roads around the Shenandoah Valley.

The ride leaves Mole Hill Bikes at 6:00 and the average pace is 14-16 mph.
