SVBC to co-host Harrisonburg City Council Candidate Forum Sept 17th 7pm at Memorial Hall (Old Harrisonburg High School) is the first of two candidate forums. This is a great time to educate yourself and learn more about the 8 candidates running for the 3 open City Council seats.
