What: Join the SVBC to celebrate our biggest season of trail building on Massanutten’s Western Slope. We will celebrate with a bike ride, food, and drink. We will NOT be doing any trail work but rather, we will celebrate all of the hard work and great accomplishments that we have achieved in 2016. Celebrate the completion of the newest trail (Name TBD this Thursday) and the construction of a new green trail out of the parking lot headed over towards the barbed wire trail.
Help Name the New Trail: We are taking name requests for the new trail at Massanutten, the one below “2K”.. You have a name suggestion? Let’s us know by Thursday (email: ), we will select the name at the “End of the Season Party” this Thursday, the 27th. .
When: Thursday October 27 at 5pm…Ride leaves the Pavilion at 5:10. If you are running late meet us at the top of new trail at 6:10 for a group ride down.
Were: Massanutten’s Western Slope. We will meet in the pavilion to celebrate and ride bikes together.
Why: Because this is the biggest trail work season the SVBC has ever pulled off on Massanutten’s Western Slope and we need to celebrate before the trails close for daily use (except for Sundays) on October 31.
