The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Metropolitan Planning Organization (HRMPO) is initiating an effort to develop a Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan for Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. Your input counts! This survey will give the planners important information on existing conditions for bicyclists and pedestrians, and valuable input on what goals, strategies, and recommendations to include in the Plan.
