On Tuesday April, 28 108 kids raced at the VAHMTBS @ Hillandale Park in Harrisonburg, VA
Round 3 of the Virginia High School Mountain Bike Series took place at Hillendale Park in Harrisonburg, VA, aptly referred to as “Rocktown.” The course offered challenges to every level of rider from new mountain bikers to seasoned professionals such as local rider, Jeremiah Bishop, who came out to cheer on the racers. Consisting primarily of singletrack, the course twisted and turned through berms, traversed over rock gardens, meandered through woods, and jumped along a pump track. Love it or hate it, the Rocktown course is always a highlight on the Series calendar.
