Please join us for the Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan Public Workshop on Tuesday, May 19 at 6pm at Thomas Harrison Middle School. With the help of JMU 4C, this will be a facilitated workshop where we will seek input from stakeholders and community members to kick off development of the bicycle & pedestrian plan. - May 19, 2015 – Public Workshop
- May/June 2015 – Written comments will be received. Information forthcoming
- Summer 2015 – Meet with advisory groups and community stakeholder groups
- Summer/ Fall 2015 – Develop draft plan
- Winter 2015/2016 – Release draft plan for public input and host public meeting
- Spring 2016 – Bicycle & Pedestrian subcommittee makes recommendation to Transportation Safety & Advisory Commission and to Planning Commission, and Commissions’ recommendations will be presented to City Council for consideration of adoption.
